Terms of Service

You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law to use Flexr. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Flexr with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Flexr complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Flexr account and for activity performed through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when required and not to:

• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Access another user's account without authorization.
• Sell, transfer, or share access to your Flexr account where prohibited by Flexr.
• Use Flexr to evade a suspension, restriction, or ban.
• Misrepresent your identity, reputation, listings, or transaction history.

We may restrict or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect Flexr, its users, or the integrity of the Services.

Flexr is a platform that allows users to create storefronts, publish listings, discover sellers, communicate, and build reputation.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Flexr is not the buyer, seller, merchant, broker, escrow provider, or payment processor for transactions arranged between users.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for determining the terms of their transactions, including price, payment method, delivery, refunds, and other conditions.

A listing appearing on Flexr does not mean that Flexr owns, verifies, endorses, guarantees, or recommends the listing, seller, product, or service.

Users should independently evaluate another user before entering into a transaction.

You may be able to upload or publish usernames, text, images, logos, videos, animations, audio, links, listings, profile designs, and other material ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by uploading User Content to Flexr, you grant Flexr a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, resize, compress, process, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and display the Services.

You are responsible for the content you upload.

You must have the rights or permissions necessary to publish your User Content. Flexr does not select or control the logos, trademarks, images, descriptions, or other material users choose to upload.

The presence of third-party names, trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property in user-generated content does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those third parties.

You may not use Flexr to:

• Scam, defraud, deceive, or intentionally mislead another user.
• Publish illegal products, services, or content.
• Distribute malware or malicious files.
• Engage in phishing or credential theft.
• Violate another person's intellectual property or other legal rights.
• Upload unlawful or prohibited sexually explicit content.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse others.
• Manipulate vouches, followers, ratings, engagement, or other platform metrics.
• Use bots, fake accounts, or coordinated activity to artificially manipulate the platform.
• Attempt to bypass platform restrictions, security systems, suspensions, or usage limits.
• Interfere with or disrupt Flexr's infrastructure or Services.

Flexr may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or other applicable platform policies.

Listings may reference products, games, platforms, brands, or services owned by third parties.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Flexr is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those third parties.

Users are responsible for determining whether buying, selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing with a particular digital product, account, service, or other item complies with applicable law and any third-party terms that apply to it.

Flexr does not guarantee that a listing complies with the rules or terms of another platform.

Transactions arranged through Flexr are agreements between the participating users.

Unless Flexr expressly provides a particular transaction service, Flexr does not:

• Collect or hold payment for marketplace transactions.
• Guarantee delivery.
• Guarantee the quality, authenticity, legality, or ownership of an item.
• Guarantee that a buyer will pay.
• Guarantee that a seller will deliver.
• Provide escrow.
• Determine transaction refunds.
• Resolve payment chargebacks between users.

Users should use appropriate caution before sending money or transferring digital goods.

Reports concerning scams or misconduct may be investigated for moderation purposes, but submitting a report does not guarantee reimbursement or recovery of funds.

Flexr may provide vouches, ratings, followers, response information, badges, and other reputation features.

Vouches should reflect genuine experiences or completed deals. Users may not purchase, fabricate, exchange, manipulate, or artificially generate reputation.

Reputation information is provided to help users make their own decisions. Flexr does not guarantee that a user's vouches, ratings, followers, badges, or other reputation information establishes that the user is trustworthy or that a future transaction will be successful.

Flexr may remove fraudulent or manipulated reputation activity.

Flexr may offer optional paid features, including Flexr Premium, featured listings, featured profiles, customization features, and other promotional services.

Prices, billing periods, and included features will be displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions may automatically renew where disclosed during checkout. Users may cancel future renewals through the available billing controls. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal and does not necessarily immediately remove access for a period that has already been paid for.

Specific billing, cancellation, and refund terms presented during checkout form part of your agreement with Flexr.

Flexr may modify, add, or discontinue paid features. Where appropriate, material changes affecting an active paid service will be communicated to affected users.

Users may be able to pay for increased visibility through features such as Featured Listings or Featured Profiles.

A featured or promoted placement does not constitute an endorsement, verification, recommendation, or guarantee by Flexr.

Promoted content may be identified as featured, promoted, sponsored, or through similar labeling.

Flexr and its original branding, interface, software, designs, graphics, and other materials are owned by Flexr or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Flexr's proprietary materials except where permitted by law or with our permission.

If you believe content on Flexr infringes your intellectual-property rights, you may submit a report through our designated reporting process. We may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing material when appropriate.

Flexr may investigate reports and take reasonable action to enforce these Terms.

Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:

• Removing or restricting content.
• Removing listings.
• Restricting platform features.
• Removing manipulated vouches or engagement.
• Temporarily suspending an account.
• Permanently terminating an account.

We may take action without prior notice when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or protection of users or the Services.

You may stop using Flexr at any time and may request account deletion through available account controls.

Where Flexr provides a deletion waiting period, your account may remain recoverable during that period. Signing back into your account during the stated recovery period may cancel the pending deletion request if disclosed when deletion is requested.

We may suspend or terminate access to Flexr for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, security concerns, fraud, abuse, or other conduct that materially threatens Flexr or its users.

Certain records may be retained after account deletion where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or other legitimate purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep Flexr available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features may occasionally be modified, suspended, unavailable, or discontinued because of maintenance, security issues, technical changes, legal requirements, or changes to the Services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Flexr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Flexr does not make guarantees regarding the reliability of users, accuracy of user-generated content, availability of listings, successful completion of transactions, or suitability of products or services advertised by users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flexr and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

This includes losses arising from user-to-user transactions, scams, failed deliveries, unauthorized account access, third-party services, or user-generated content, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Your use of Flexr is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

We may update these Terms as Flexr evolves or as required by law.

When material changes are made, we may provide notice through Flexr or other reasonable means. The updated Terms will display their effective or last-updated date.

Your continued use of Flexr after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

Questions, legal notices, or concerns regarding these Terms can be submitted through Flexr's designated support or legal contact channel.
